Data Templates and Guidance
Data are required to be submitted in CEDEN data templates.
Templates are provided in Microsoft Excel (versions 97-2003) format to match the file type requirement of the CEDEN Data Checker tool.
Each template contains multiple worksheets, some of which are required to be populated, some are optional.
The guidance document that accompanies each template describes the data type, definitions, and business rules for each field.
Please contact the CEDEN Help Desk or the Regional Data Center you are working with if you have questions about submitting your data or the appropriate data template.
